Yeah, it's cute...and also pretty pathetic....
Animals like these were bred for one purpose only...to appeal to humans. Out in the wild, they wouldn't last a day. Maybe not even an afternoon.

True. The worse thing is that, by manipulating animals to be like this, we introduce so many unforeseen health issues on the creatures. Blocked/deviated nasal passages, skin issues, hip issues, etc... You can see it many designer pets.
