#60. Bring water to rolling boil. Using a long spoon gently drop your egg(s) into the water. Boil for desired time (I like 9 minutes). When timer goes off immediately drain hot water into sink and immediately fill pot with cold water. Let sit for a least 30 seconds. Should peel easily virtually every time.

Poke a small hole in the big end with a needle before boiling = Easy peel.
Put it in cold water directly after and let it cool = The egg wont turn green if you dont consume it right away.
