This is all second hand smoke-damage. Imagine your lungs handling first hand smoke.

tbh: I started smoking at 12. When I smoked in my car, I always had a window open and the ventilation on full blast so the smoke would drive out. I never smoked in my house. Quit at 50. (Gained weight like a mofo)
