#30 Therapists can't diagnose mental illness. They can't hospitalize you. A lot of them are amateurs. If they have a PhD or PsyD you might get decent help. Anyway, see a psychiatrist if you have mental health issues.

Shel, They certainly won't confront the patient to force him/her to take responsibility for his/her toxic behavior.
