#10 - I live in Florida. We have barrier islands that are not maintained. The water level hasn’t changed in the 30+ years I’ve lived here. People like Al Gore scared people with his ridiculous nonsense and people really bought in to it. IF the water level rose it would affect every beach in every country. Pretty much every thing in this list is silly nonsense.

#12 WtF. If you're looking for a house, the prices are ridiculously high in most places due to a shortage in houses. The only place you'll find a glut of houses is in slums and places you really don't want to live. And all of those are owned by scummy landlords for the most part.

The saddest part is that it often isn't even a shortage of houses it's a shortage of actually affordable houses. Investment groups buy large amounts of houses but keep them empty for whatever reason. In the US alone there are more empty houses/apartments than homeless people.

#7 Oo an anti AI ad. Having a machine suggest quality phrases that help explain what a person would like to convey does NOT take away their writing skills. In fact it would make it better because they can see how their thoughts can be conveyed and utilize those phrases in the future on their own.

Even china is below two and has it's population shrinking since 2022 or so.
Every country with a fertility rate below 2.something (2.3 I think) has a shrinking population unless that can be compensated by immigration.
