#18 If you want good looking hair washing it only once a week is best, but what's really important is frequent brushing. It spreads the oils out and makes the hair look healthy, shiny, and smooth. The absolute worst thing you can do is bleach it and/or dye it. It burns the hair, breaks it, creates split ends and makes it frizzy. Flat irons, crimpers, curlers, and even hair dryers are all bad. Don't lick it, though. That'd just be weird...

#4 I would say a gay guy's interpretation of a straight man has very little relevancy when applied to a heterosexual dating situation. This other guy could have been well spoken, confident, and mascline in light of meeting a woman. Of course that would poison to the rainbow warrior progressive in the next booth. He should mind his own business.
