Jehu, There are exceptions. Some galaxies are yet to be observable in detail due to technical limitations, therefore said-assumption cannot be made.
The other possible scenario is galaxies that have merged. One blackhole has partially swallowed the other leaving less than 2 blackholes between 2 galaxies.

Both gradually evolved from proto-writing between 3400 and 3100 BCE. Add 2024 to that gives you 5124 years since any documentation began so again Bullshit!
