Lunetta, And they're either driving a Prius or a Tesla. When you finally get around them they look at you like they haven't a clue as to why you're peeved.

we have 100km/h daytime, 130 nighttime. Daytime I'm passed constantly; nighttime, I'm passing constantly. So, daytime everyone is speeding, nighttime, everyone is going under the limit.
