Michael Bay has a cameo in every bad boys movie, even in Bad boys 2.
"In The Dead Don’t Hurt (2023), which Viggo Mortensen wrote, directed, and starred in, his Lord of the Rings sword Narsil/Anduril (Aragorn’s sword) makes a cameo at 1:13:30. Viggo asked Peter Jackson for his permission to use it in the specific scene."
