#12 #19. Please don't use 20 yr old towels, just buy new every 5 yrs. The quality and durability has increased dramatically. Also buy paper towels. Cleaning up spills and it all goes in the laundry doesn't magically make it perfectly clean. Food and mold go in trash.

Arie,

I agree with the paper towels especially for cleaning up meat or other contaminants but why buy new towels if the old ones are still good? If the 20 year old ones are still good and the quality and durability have increased dramatically then the new ones should last 50 years so I still wouldn't be buying new every 5...
