Ferdie,You tell me. Longer life spans, more educated, higher pay, better schools. The state that ranks 50th overall is Louisiana, with other low-ranking states in the Deep South including Mississippi (48th), Alabama (44th) and South Carolina (41st). Other bottom 10, solidly red states nearby are Arkansas (47th), West Virginia (46th) and Oklahoma (43rd).

Almina, But riddle me this, why are blue states losing population and red states gaining those people? As to your ranking, I couldn't but help notice, what happened to the party that used to boast about representing those with less education, had less pay, and were downtrodden by life? Here you are boasting the exact opposite. You never had to live the life the rest is had to.
