#8 The man is about 10ft from the nearest turtle, and the woman took her sandals off and placed them near the sign to walk in the surf a good distance around them. Thus, both obeyed the sign. Maybe refrain from clutching your pearls until there's an actual infraction, and even then...mind your own business. The turtles don't care.

From a photographers point of view, these people are bloody annoying, blocking everything thinking only of themselves.

I always stand well back and sometimes wait for long periods for jerks to remove themselves from a scene.
