#40 Mettbrötchen is very common in my area. Normally we use more onions, but hacked to little cubes mixed directly into the meat and not toast but "Brötchen" (aka Weckle aka Schrippen aka rundstykke in Norwegian)
Of course, it has to be eaten fresh, but it's delicious!
