#23 is no joke. Clinton road has got an absolutely eerie energy on its own, but it’s more scary because of some of the people who go there and wait to f@#k with you. Some are innocent enough like waiting under the bridge to throw a quarter back up at whoever's trying to communicate with the ghost boy, but some psychos like to take it a bit too far and it can get dangerous. My friends were chased at 60+ mph down the pitch black bumpy road by a truck that followed them with their lights off at first and then appeared out of nowhere behind them driving erratically and trying to run them off the road.

I love stories if 2-3 year olds saying big long sentences, and parents acting like it's something significant. When in reality, that age can barely put three words in order with no grammar.
