#15 In the Netherlands, I saw a program where police measures a (recumbent) bike to 45Km/h where only 30 was allowed. They stopped the cyclist, but he didn't get a ticket because there are no speed limits for bicycles.

A lot of these are not "facts" once again supposition, anecdotes, and unscientific beliefs don't count. But they are interesting bits if info.
"There was a prisoner in the Baltimore City Detention Center who not only accumulated $16,000 in one month off the smuggled contraband, he also managed to get 4 prison guards pregnant."
