#20 Wow. I would live to see thar across the globe. If you are begpacking and it's illegal, you should be sent to your embassy for shaming on your own soil. Where I live its illegal to panhandle, and when we made a space to help them, we got inundated with over 800 homeless people I a facility meant for 120 people. Took a year for people to move on after facility shut down for massive drug and violence problems.
