Another goof was in the original Jurassic Park...when the T-rex traps the kids in the Jeep in the rain, it tries to grab them through the large sun-roof. In one of the angles you can see the glass break in half, but then it's intact in the next shot.
And don't forget the "Speedo tan" in the waterfall scene...
