#13 Thats not how taxes work. If someone else pays them then it's a gift that has to be taxed as well. So it would be tax fraud. They probably mean he had someone help with taxes because a million dollars is a brand new bracket and they wouldn't know how to do them.

yes it is how it works. you can pay back taxes of properties and take claim of them if the owner does not
pay them.
and it would be an infinite loop for sales taxes. if i paid my wife's for an item and then that was taxed.
