#30 Without validating this with research, my guess is those 10 states have a rugged, common-sense minded population that know how to fix and maintain things...especially, their own vehicles. ok

Isabel, Nice try, Adolf. ...After growing up in a state with good safety inspections, I now live in one which has none. I can tell you it's just an excuse for lazy fire-arm murcans like you to be the self-righteous pigs you are. It's dangerous af here. Most people in those states without safety inspections don't fix sh#te, and their pos vehicles are dangerous.
