sell it to other countries that can refine?
Canada has no need for a pipeline like the US between Alaska and the 49 other states (and now there will be transition fees like the Ukraine had to do for Russian LPG)
Iank ships are cheap at the moment and because Canada has access to the Pacific and the Atlantic they don't even need a Panama Channel, no matter if DT will agress it or not

do you know, that the international oil prices for crude oil are made by the OPEC (Organisation of petrol exporting countries)?
And not by the president of a country that's importing?
The US have been exporting only for a short while, but they can't gain it as cheap as other countries.
