#10 I would be pissed if I saw this from one of my couriers. Those cats will bite and damage the goods before the owner can stop them. We have bears, deer and dogs do the same where I live. And we won't leave items where animals can get them

Drew, I can't imagine wanting cats crawling all over my food. I figure I might as well eat out of the litter box.

Here's a sad statement on the human race: cat owners would have more compassion for the cats who destroy their own houses, property, etc than they would for a homeless person. Cat obsession is a sickness, and talking to them about it is like trying to talk to an active drug or alcohol addict.

#19 I've done homeless day shelters and summer lake homeless campsites before. It felt good to help people's lives be a little better by getting them their stuff.

Drew, As someone who's been homeless, I want to thank you for your compassionate attitude.

Also, most people don't ever know, or even think of this: the rate of drug use and alcoholism is lower among the homeless population than in the housed population. Most homeless persons are not there because they're lazy, stupid, or uneducated. I've known at least two homeless persons with Masters degrees, and more with 4-year degrees than I could remember now. The fact is that most homeless persons are there because of health problems: some physical, some psychiatric. Some of them have had careers, family, etc before they succumbed to their illnesses. I've known homeless persons who did volunteer work, when able. I've known homeless persons who were regular church goers. If anyone sees this, please remember, and have some compassion.

#33 My little pup lives on a dog pad on top of a box in my passenger seat. I call her my security officer since she's only 16lbs, but likes to bark when people get too close.

"Customer Tipped Me $50 After I Had A Breakdown"

"During this batch: i ripped my pants when i started shopping, i left my windows down in the rain and hail and somehow i guess i was so stressed i left my car running while i was shopping ??? like have never done that idk what happened. my windows were so foggy and it was raining so hard i couldn’t see very well, the car in front of me didn’t have brake lights and i nearly rear ended them and all the groceries went flying. customer b’s eggs broke and both orders were mixed up and all over the car. i pulled over in the rain and sorted through the groceries for awhile and hoped i got everything right but at that point i couldn’t even see past my tears. i tried to hold it together when i got to the door but was very obviously not ok. i told her about the near accident and how the groceries went flying and apologized but she was just worried about if i was ok. genuinely the kindest customer i’ve ever had. after the second delivery i saw she tipped me $50 she had also messaged me to tell me all her groceries were there and everything was perfect. i told her how much i appreciated it but idk if i could express it well enough through messages. i hope she knows she really made a difference"
