"Neighbour Throws Rubbish Out Window"
"My upstairs neighbour throws rubbish out of his bedroom window into the long grass outside. He’s a teenager, around 15 years old. His mother doesn’t care and the housing association are yet to do anything about it."

It is stuff like this that makes me hate people. I'm just glad my neighbors have been decent people for the most part. yeah one house is a rental property and sometimes a...oles move in.

I am so glad I live in the middle of Kansas USA. Our town only has about 3000 people that live here. They all are very respectful folks. We don't have these kind of problems.
