Awesome. A bunch of cheap inspirational quotes. I exercise and it hurts. I eat under 60g carbs for a month and lose 3 lbs while being weak, unfocused, and in constant muscle and joint pain, while on Ozempic with headaches and stomach pain. Yeah, obey your doctors at your own risk.

I would love to hear his advice if he actually went through a serious weight loss. But i bet he has never struggled with it or he woulddnt be using generic advice.

So much bullshit on this list. That doctor is a conman. I've survived advice like his, and I know it is cr*p. Also, I'm 66yo with a lifetime of health problems, but I know he couldn't get through my workouts. Nice crap list, Iz.
