Teddy, So, I was here yesterday as "Paula" and wrote this post. Now I want to clarify something. This test track is located in Hesse, between Frankfurt/Main and Darmstadt on the A5 Autobahn. The A5 Autobahn has four lanes in this section, and the rightmost lane is lined with power lines, similar to those used on train lines in Germany. I've been using this route for over 20 years because it's my commute. I've witnessed the entire expansion, traffic jams, and everything that a construction site entails. In those 20 years, I've seen maybe five trucks using or testing the track. It was recently announced that both existing tracks in Germany will be dismantled due to high maintenance costs and no economic benefit.
