Nicole, You kids just don't understand that when a person builds any physical skill at an early age, then stays even moderately active over a lifetime, that skill stays with them and helps keep them fit forever. For example, as skill such as eye-hand coordination. When you're so old and broken down you can't find your house key, this person will still be able to do all the things she could do when she was young.
