#6 one of the elementary schools I went to had a cafeteria that doubled as an auditorium with a random stage, and after breakfast/lunch they would roll out the tables and chairs and it was our gymnasium. Or, as the term was coined on Everybody Loves Raymond, a cafagymatorium.

I mean...they're called "weenies" after all.
Even further back (but not by much) cigarette vending machines. They were practically everywhere...
