Why, oh why, do delivery drivers feel the nee to block doorways? My partner is visually impaired and can't always see the obstacles on the steps. USPS, UPS, FedEx, & Amazon drivers are all guilty.

As a courier service owner, every one of these is a firable offence... and for contractors its a sueable offense.
