Carrie Underwood Still Goes To The Laundromat
Despite having a jam-packed schedule filled with gigs and touring, famous country singer Carrie Underwood still finds time to do her own laundry. In 2012, she reportedly told Oprah's Next Chapter, “So that's what I do on my days off. We go to the laundromat. I get my quarters. We go to the laundromat and go do our laundry. I just don't like other people doing my laundry. It freaks me out."

Blah Blah Blah - must be nice to have everything and not have to worry about paying bills or putting food down for the kids. With money you can have nirvana.

People don't seem to understand that if you have enough resources to not have to worry about the weather, food and other basic needs more money does not make things inherently superior or meaningful.
Also not chasing/putting effort into status/signaling for people with already high status is almost a given. I am surprised that more celebs arnt doing "poor people things".
