Basically the green areas are where the total of the bottom 80% own more than the total of the top 20%

The orange areas are where the total of rhe top 0.001% own more than the total of the bottom 99.999%

The Metric Conversion Act of 1975, amended by the Omnibus Trade and Competitiveness Act of 1988, requires federal agencies to use the metric system in their procurement, grants, and other business-related activities.

Executive Order:
Executive Order 12770, signed in 1991, further reinforces this requirement by directing federal agencies to develop timetables for transitioning to the metric system.

Also, all scientific research is done in metric.
