#18 Why is this here? You can go anywhere in North America, probably South America too, and find beverages in glass bottles with screw caps. I'd be surprised if the rest of the developed world doesn't have some some too.

Harriet, I've never seen one. Glass bottles here in NH have metal caps.

New york seltzer and clearly canadian are two brands of soda that are on sale in america that have glass bottles and screw caps. There are probably more from small manufacturers.
I haven't seen the major bottlers using glass with screw tops.
