#4 Despite my driving at least the speed limit, whenever this happens, after I pull up behind them and notice them looking at me in their rearview mirrors, I usually make a show of applauding them, as if they achieved some great feat. Keep in mind...you get somewhere faster alive than dead, driving recklessly.
