That's like asking an American if they want a 1/4 pound burger or a 1/3 pound burger. Thye'll always take the 1/4 burger becaause it's bigger. /s

Except for me, I'll take the in reality larger 1/3 pound burger, even though I am an American.

I got one:
On your job, ask for testimonials of work or references all the time. Especially if you have exceeded at a project. Let AI write you a good resume, print if out and let your supervisor sign it.
Even in a small company you're just a number to HR and noone will remember any of your efforts a week from now.
But this way your a number with a big pile of positive mentions.
It helps a lot(!) if your shy and work more in the background or when looking for a new job.

When discussing the cost/price of something, make the first offer. It sets the starting point of the negotiation. As employee: start (way) higher than what you actually want. As employer: start lower than what you want to pay
