The South Pole is 9,301 feet above sea level, but 9,000 feet of that is ice.

#19 those were used by the germans, not by american planes like the one in the GIF. Also, the Jericho trumpets were devices mounted on bombs. Those mounted on planes were called 'Lärmgeräte', noise devices
