#4 - While the NYK has not moved from their original CITY, The NYK indeed have moved. In 1946, MSG was located on 8th Ave & 50th Street. In 1968, it was moved to it's current location of 7th Ave & 32nd St.

#4 - Toronto Raptors have never moved either.
When Pete Maravich was 26 he said in an interview, “I don’t want to play 10 years in NBA and die of a heart attack at 40.” He proceeded to have a 10 year NBA career and then die of a heart attack at 40.
