In 1984, Boston Bruins center Craig MacTavish pleaded guilty to DUI and vehicular homicide following a car crash. He struck 26 year-old Kim Radley, who died four days after the accident. Though he served a year in jail, MacTavish ultimately played with in the NHL for 17 seasons. He is now general manager of the Edmonton Oilers.

He responded, “we’ll cross that bridge when we get to it.”
