Those gifts where they put a cheap item into the box an expensive item came in are not funny. You really got to hate or have no respect for the person one does this to. I would pretty much dissociate from anyone that did that to me. I friend would soon be just someone I used to know, A relative would never get a call, an invitation or a gift from me thereafter. A significant other would become an ex. Like pushing someone's face into a cake - It's not funny, don't do it.
