Mave, Yeah I don't comment here much anymore, but I had to say: what a fucking moron. Never mind the rats; feral dogs are bad in every way feral rats are, except that they're many times larger. Feeding them will over run your town, city, etc with dog-sized rats. They will attack humans, randomly; carry disease; and leave shit everywhere they can.
