The legendary singer has come close to death a few times from drug overdoses. However, in 2003 he came the closest in an ATV accident… while he was sober. Osborne broke his collarbone, fractured eight ribs and damaged a vertebrae in his neck. Following the incident, he said he’s lucky to be alive and not paralyzed.
