#4 The DNA evidence wis disqualified because it was planted by Mark Fuhrman. It was known that it was planted because it contained preservative, which was added to samples take from the crime seen, but would not present in the spots claimed by Mark Fuhrman to have found in OJ's vehicle. Mark Fuhrman took some of the billed collected from the scene for evidence and planted it in OJ car. That is why OJ was acquitted. All of the evidence linking OJ to the crime was fabricated by Mark Fuhrman.
