The LOTR trilogy is perfectly fine as a series of movies, nothing wrong with them at all except for an excess of CGI but I can understand WHY they used it and I have no problem with that decision. Some good acting, great action scenes and great characters that I remember from the time I saw the movies at their release and I even bought the DVDs . . . . . .but I've never watched it again since its release. There ARE DOZENS of movies ive watched multiple times but LOTRs, seen once so no need to see them again. Don't know why . . . . .
