Not really. At least not for non-jewish people. It's actually quite the Apartheid-State. Try living as an arab-israeli in Israel.

So Israel isnt in the top 100 for the 2024 (latest) list, but Russia is in the top 50. Surprising to see Turkey and Saudi in the top 100.
