This time I have brought up a rare collection of 3D wallpapers for your desktops. Believe me, if pictures could speak then this collection would sing. Do not forget to view the full images by clicking on it.
These images deserve the most flattering words. Take a look at them, you won’t regret it ;)
By the way, pictures are clickable, just in case you want to see them in higher resolution ))
Masterpiece work. Just look at how real they look.
If some of them were not too fantastic as characters, one would think that these are photos and not 3D graphics.
3D art is cool. Some people are really talented and this collection of 3D pics is more than a proof.
Enjoy!
These 3D stereoviews were made in the late 19th - early 20th century by known Japanese photographer T. Enami.
Normally, stereoviews consist of two almost identical photos and when viewed through a stereoscope, it gives the impression of three-dimensional space.
Now let's look at these 3D steroviews, but the good thing is, we won’t need any stereoscopes as they are already animated, but the effect is still the same ))
Here is a bunch of photorealistic pictures. There is each time a set of three pictures (photorealistic 3D model, normal photo, photorealistic vector) on the same theme.
Can you tell which one is the Photo, the Vector or the 3D pic? I bet you can’t, so to ease you the task, here is the order in which the pics are: Vector, 3D and Photo.
For those who don’t know, Vector graphics is the use of geometrical primitives such as points, lines, curves, and shapes or polygon(s), which are all based on mathematical equations, to represent images in computer graphics.
Street artist Kurt Wenners performs all over the world (more than 30 countries) on pavements and other surfaces since 1982. All his works are great and the illusions always trick the eye. He’s using a style known as anamorphic street painting and uses pastels as well as paint. He takes his inspiration mainly in the Renaissance frescos and sculptures.
What is cool with those 3D paintings is if you watch it from the wrong angle, the illusion shatters, but if you have the right angle, the magic operates perfectly.
Quick note: he’s a former NASA employee, his work at that time was to design and illustrate future space projects.
Well, just take a look at those magnificent masterpieces, it is worth it!
I try to post wallpapers for your desktop at least once a week, that way you can renew your collections.
I hope that my work was not in vain. As usual, to see the full size of the image, click on it ;)
This is great, great, great!! Works like this are always pleasant to see.
And the authors of these masterpieces have not only computer and creativity but also a huge talent. Two thumbs up!
One part of these pictures we’ve already posted in the Street 3D paintings, and now we post the whole set of pictures of this painting.
Yesterday I posted an entry with 3D steet art: Lava Eruption
Today I got more of these paintings with different topics.
Some of them are just excellent!
