It is a custom custom Boeing 747-200B that comes fitted with a conference room, dining room, private quarters for the president, offices for senior staff members, a medical operating room (a doctor flies on every flight), press area and two food-preparation galleys amongst other things. It costs a whopping $206,337 per hour of flight.
