Noma is a restaurant based in Copenhagen, Denmark but it will be opening up shop temporarily in Japan between January and February to offer a completely new menu to the city of Tokyo. A fixed menu costs around $550 (64,900 Yen) and this is a list of what you can expect to eat.
Run by chef René Redzepi, Noma in Denmark was voted the second best restaurant in the world by Restaurant Magazine for 2013. Here are the actual meals that are served to diners.
