Alexei Volkov is a bus driver from Zelenograd, Russia (near Moscow) and apparently, he’s a local celebrity over there and it’s easy to understand why.
He says he has accumulated over 100 traffic accidents in his career but managed to keep his job though… He wants to punish rude and careless drivers who don’t respect the traffic rules using his bus to teach them a lesson, thus his nickname “The Punisher”
