Made by an artist Caralyn Edwards-Tucker, these creations started to appear almost a decade ago. Back then they were made from an air-drying clay, and now it’s polymer clay instead, with the whole thing developing into art business by the name of “Mystic Reflections”.

Thomas Dambo from Denmark has created over 25 such sculptures around the world during the last 3 years. His latest creations were 6 sculptures in his hometown on Copenhagen, where he installed them in some off-road places, with poems and treasure maps on them to help people find the other ones.
