Mexican artist Yatzil Elizalde started her career doing illustrations, murals, and various digital work, but tattoo art was her ultimate love. Her technique is what she calls “blurry effect”, created by the same image being stacked two or three times on top of itself, and it results in some pretty mind-boggling stuff.
Tukoi Oya, a tattoo artist from Australia, literally makes her clients glow. People will definitely notice you in the middle of the night if you have such a tattoo!
