Alan Wilzig inspired the character who introduced Leonardo DiCaprio's character to his future wife in a pool-party scene in the 2013’s “Wolf Of Wall Street”. He’s been selling his Tribeca mansion since 2014, when it costed $44 million. Now it’s merely $19.75 million and is but a shade of its former glory with lots of features removed to make the house more affordable for at least anyone to buy it.
