Moscow-based illustrator called Bird Born created this great comics after they took a dog from an animal shelter and wanted to share what it is like to live with an adopted dog.
 

65 year old Yang Xiaoyun runs an animal shelter in Tianjin and she spent $1000 and travelled overl 1,5000 miles (1609 kms) to save 100 dogs who would otherwise have been eaten at the summer solstice festival in Yulin.

This is Steve and he gives abandoned animals a safe place to live. He currently lives with a pack of dogs, birds, rabbits and a few pigs.
