Rammehar Punia, 35, is so flexible that he has been nicknamed “Rubber Man”. He is able to break CDs by squeezing his chest and shoulders together and he set a record in 2011 by breaking 41 CDs in one minute. He recently broke his own record by breaking 60 CDs in the same time.
This is the story of a man who has made the impossible and achieved great results in the sport, despite the fact that he started yoga when he was sixty years old. He learned mostly from books and television shows.
